Described by current and former clients as “engaging”, “enthusiastic”, “knowledgeable” and “one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met”, Wayne attributes much of the company’s success to its friendly, personal approach.
Originally from west Wales, Wayne - or Joefizz as he’s known, thanks to a slip of the tongue from a friend’s young son when trying to pronounce his original nickname, Joseph! - is based in Cardiff but travels all over the UK to meet his customers, preferring face-to-face dealings so that he can fully understand each business’ specific requirements.
In his spare time, he likes to spend time outdoors and support good causes. Having already completed the Three Peaks challenge twice, he is currently walking the Wales Coastal Path and acts as a coach and mentor for several different organisations including Cardiff & Vale College, via the charity, Career Ready, where he helps 16 to 18-year-old boys gain the confidence they need to enter the workplace.
